WHO'S IN YOUR CORNER?

Each time I read or hear about a closing gone wrong, I am more appreciative of the folks at Aegis Title Group, LLC.  We have been working with the folks at Aegis for quite some time.  When we send over a title order, we know it will be taken care of in a timely manner.  We know we will be notified of any potential title issues when they arise, not just before closing.  They are ethical, consistent, predictable and professional, all important qualities in a title company.  The staff is willing and able to answer just about any question posed.  If they don't know the answer, they don't make something up, they find out the right answer and get back to us in a timely manner.

All of the closings are handled by a Real Estate Attorney, not a notary.  They don't just have folks sign documents without knowing what they say and what they mean to the buyer.  They go over each document and are happy to offer further explanation as needed.

In this market, in any market, I sure am glad that Aegis Title Group is in my corner.  I hope you are as confident in the folks in your corner!

Warm Regards,
