Wow, Do I Feel Lucky!

As you have probably read, I attended the Active Rain Gathering in Baltimore.  Margaret Rome presented me with an amazing prize at the end of the afternoon.   From Margaret Rome's Blog

C Tann won one for being the member at the most Baltimore gatherings.

Mortgage Mama won for bringing the most people...including her husband Billy aka Papa Razzi, her brother and partner, Tony Demchak and her beautiful daughter Sydney

Pat Kennedy for being the only millionaire Rainer in attendance.

Mary Yonkers for causing this happening by agreeing to meet me for lunch!

I am now the proud owner of this beautiful piece of Art work by Marti Garaughty.Marti Garaughty Artwork

I am in the process of re-doing my living room and this will go perfectly!  Thank you Margaret, who knew that just making my family come with me to a business meeting would have such a phenomenal result! I will cherish both the memory and the Art!

A special Thank you Marti!  You have an amazing talent, thank you for sharing it!

Warm Regards,
