I Should Have Known She Danced In The Rain!
I am looking for a database management program. I am doing research and finding lots of different products with TONS of bells and whistles. I don't need bells and whistles, I just need a good, basic program that I can use to follow up with my referral partners, prospects and clients. It does need to be mortgage specific but doesn't need to underwrite loans.
In checking out one of the companies, I ran across a testimonial from a mortgage lender named Rebecca Madej. I googled her name and sent her an email asking if she could take a moment to answer a few questions.
I got an email back within a short time. Rebecca (yep, that's her above) said she just had dental work done, so she would be happy to answer any questions by email. We sent a few emails back and forth. She was super helpful and provided great insight! She even sent me an invite email that will give me a discount EVERY month if I choose to use the program she uses.
Her last email said:

I checked out her profile and she is one sharp cookie. She has been in the mortgage business for 10 years (just like me!) She just started blogging on ActiveRain in September, but I know that she will be a great addition to this forum.
