Password Affirmations For A MONEY Mindset!

Password Affirmations For a MONEY Mindset!

Here's a quick idea on ways to change your mindset for success!

One of the things that we all have to do several times a day is log in to websites using a password.  Some people, to make things easy to remember (and unfortunately, easy to steal) use pet names, "password", spouse or kid's name, etc.

Real Estate Rock Stars

I have found that changing my password to an affirmation helps me to cement in my mind what I want.  It also helps me to ensure that I am actually working toward my goal. It is an easy way to remind my subconcious that I am moving forward toward my goal!  It is also a great reminder when I am not doing so!

.

In the past I have used things like the number of closings or my annual financial goal, or even just a reminder to stop and breathe!  The more obscure or longer term, the less I seemed to be motivated.  The more action oriented, the more effective!

What seems to work best for me is a concrete action step such as make5calls or setupcoffeeappt or writeARblog.   These items are very obvious when I am not doing them and typing in the password is a reminder.

What are some of your tricks for meeting your goals?   I have lots of great tips and I am excited to share them with you!!

Here's to an SPECTACULAR SEVENTEEN!

I love this concept!   So much more useful than "123ABC" and other meaningless passwords.

Tomorrow I am changing my PW's to positive affirmations.

   Thanks for the great idea!

Bridget, this is freakin' brilliant!  Sure beats pet names, especially when you have a lot of them and can't remember which one you used for which site.  But if you have five or so affirmations, it could work will!

I like to use Gr8@ as a prefix to a password. It reminds me of something I either am or want to be great at.

Look at you Bridge! A couple posts and you already have a feature If that isn't positive affirmation to keep blogging, then I don't know what is.

I started with positive goal-oriented passwords a couple years ago. These are much easier to remember and actually a joy to plug in.

I have been using an affirmation phrase for my computer login. Several times a day, I type in my favorite affirmation. And the bonus is I never forget the pw :)
